Above ‘n Beyond Pet Sitters New fees and time schedule for 2008 Reservations Please try to book your reservations far enough in advance with us. We do accept last minute reservations if available, 2 weeks or more in advance would be better. If you do cancel, please give us 2 day notices prior to your cancellation (cancellation fee applies if it’s less than 48 hours). During holidays, please notify us at least 7 days or more in advance to cancel, (cancellation fee applies if less than 7 days notice during the holidays). Holidays fill up quickly, so the sooner you make your reservation, the better. Daily Service - DOG(S) Daily dog walk per service: 1 to 2 dogs $15.00 for a 20 to 30 minute per service $2.00 for each additional dog Extended daily dog walk per service: 1 to 2 dogs $22.50 for a 45 to 50 minute per service $2.00 for each additional dog ** All services include: Feeding, fresh water, clean pet(s) eating area, walking, exercising, waste removal from the walk area or grass area, playtime, socializing, and lots of TLC. Daily Services - CAT(S) Daily per service for cat(s) 1 to 3 cats $15.00 per service for a 20 to 30 minute visit 4 or more cats $2.00 for 4 or more cats Extended service for cats per service 1 to 3 cats $22.50 per service for a 40 to 45 minute visit 4 or more cats $2.00 for 4 or more cats ** All services include: Feeding, fresh water, clean pets eating area, playtime, brushing, scooping out litter boxes and waste removal, and lots of play and TLC. MISCELLANEOUS FEES OUT OF SERVICE AREA SURCHARGE – Surcharge is 0.45 cents per mile. (Please see our service area below) We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating. If you are out of our Service Area, we will try our best to assist you. Availability is based on our schedule. Service Area Boynton Beach Area and Delray Beach Area and North in Boca Raton We will service to Yamato Road, West to Jog Road and East to Congress. Up to Lantana Road, West to Hagen Ranch Road and East to Congress Road. We also service Federal Hwy in Delray Beach area. Any mileage over this route will be a surcharge of 0.45 cent per mile. HOLIDAY SURCHARGE $7.50 additional per day time service. Holidays include: Easter • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Thanksgiving • Christmas Eve • Christmas Day • New Year's Eve • New Years Day LOCK OUT SERVICE Having one of those days? No need to call a locksmith. If we have your key on file, give us a call and we’ll come to the rescue. No calls past 10pm and before 6:00am, please. Password protected. $20.00 per service. CANCELLATION POLICY A 2 day notice (7 day notice for a holiday) is required for a scheduled reservation. Any notice less than this will be subject to the following Cancellation Policy: -If Client is at home during a scheduled reservation and forgets to cancel, the full price of the service will be charged. -If Client gives less than a 2 day notice, a surcharge of $25.00 will be charged. (Exceptions: hurricanes and emergencies). -If Client gives less than a 7 day notice during a holiday, a surcharge of $50.00 will be charged. (Exceptions: hurricanes and emergencies). LAST MINUTE FEE If you’re stuck at work or in traffic or you just can’t pull yourself away due to a meeting, after hours, etc.to let your dog out, call us! We do our best to accommodate last minute services. What constitutes last minute? Any service that was not booked at least 2 calendar days in advance (7 days for services that include a Holiday). **Lock Out Service is exempt from this fee. Longer than a two hour notice - $5.00 surcharge on services. 2 hours notice or less - $10.00 surcharge on services. TRANSPORT PET TO VET In every effort, we will contact you in regards to a pet emergency. If we cannot get ahold of you, we will call the emergency person on the form. $20.00 SURCHARGE SHOPPING SERVICES DURING VACATION SERVICES If we have to pick up dog and/or cat food, litter, medications, etc. $20.00 plus the cost of the product. RETURNED CHECK FEE $25.00 plus bank fees BEFORE HOURS AND AFTER HOURS Our normal hours are from 7:00am to 9:30pm. Anything prior to 7am and after 9:30pm will incur a surcharge per service. $10.00 surcharge KEY PICK UP/RETURN (Lock Out Service is exempt from this fee) $10.00 Pick up and Return Key What We Don’t Do
